Note: SUV is suitable for 6 passengers with luggage, the 10 passenger van is
suitable for 10passengers with luggage and the 20 passenger coach will accommodate 20
passengers with luggage.
All transfer rates are ONE WAY.
Notes and Additional Charges
- SUV Transfers are operated by Alpine 4X4 (Vancouver All
Terrain)
All rates are subject to 6% GST and a 7% fuel Surcharge and Administration
Fee
Quoted in Canadian dollars
Gratuities – all transfers are subject to driver gratuities: with luggage add
$35.00 per transfers without luggage at $25.00
Airport fees are additional : SUV - $6.25 10
PAX - $6.25 20 PAX - $25.00
Reservations
- To confirm your services, 25% of the estimated cost must accompany the request(company check, VISA, Mastercard)
- Payments (unless otherwise agreed to by National) must be received at least 48
hoursbefore the service is to commence
Cancellations
When your service is confirmed by National and a deposit is received, National
takesthat particular vehicle out of our charter fleet and a driver is assigned,
thereby limitingour ability to service other customers or solicit business for that vehicle.
Certaincancellation penalties come into effect.
- If cancellation takes place within 48 hours of notice of service, then 50% of
estimatedbilling will be charged.
- Cancellation within 12 hours of service –
full payment is non-refundable.
